What is Loadwise?

LoadWise is a simple web and mobile platform that helps delivery and transport companies manage their operations, drivers, vehicles, and finances in one place. It gives you real-time tracking, automated maintenance reminders, and transparent financial records — making every delivery smoother and more predictable.

What States are you available in?

We are starting with pilot customers in Kano and Northern Nigeria, but LoadWise is a cloud-based solution — meaning any logistics company across Nigeria can use it right away. Our expansion plan will gradually extend to all states.

Can I keep my current phone number?

Yes. LoadWise works with your existing phone numbers and WhatsApp lines. You don’t need to change your number or disrupt communication with your customers.

Do I need hardware?

Hardware use is optional, No special hardware is required. All you need is a smartphone or computer with internet access. LoadWise runs fully online. If you already have smartphones in your operations, you’re ready to use LoadWise.

How much does it cost?

LoadWise uses a simple pay-per-task model. You only pay when you track a delivery, between ₦80–₦150 per task, depending on your usage volume. This keeps costs flexible and affordable for SMEs.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. LoadWise is a subscription-free, pay-as-you-go service. You are free to stop using it at any time with no cancellation fees.
